考研的同学，首先应该问清楚自己考研究竟是为什么？如果未来明确要通过读研进入到教育、科研等领域发展，那么接下来要积极投入到考研二战当中，相信有了一次考研的经历之后，二战的成功率会有所提昇，实际上很多同学就是通过二战上岸的。但如果本身只是跟随大流考研，抱着尝试一下的心态话就建议放弃考研，因为考研不是一条舒适的路，它的过程枯燥乏味，没有坚定的心态备考二战会十分痛苦，最终也会造成事倍功半的效果。
很多考研的同学在面对考研失败的时候，往往都有一个迷茫期，此时要想尽快走出来，一定要明确下一步的规划，不论是选择就业，还是继续考研，都可以。对于选择就业的同学，我有叁点建议：
其一是积极争取老师和同学的推荐，尤其是教学经验丰富的老师，因为他们所经历的社会经验丰富，带过这么多届学生，一定可以给你一些有用的建议，可以让老师给一些帮助。
其二是积极申请实习机会。目前很多传统985大学都有与大厂的实习协议，可以通过这些实习岗位最终进入到大厂就业，这也是一个不错的选择，而且当前很多大厂都会给考研失败的同学留出一定的实习岗位。当然即便不是985、211名牌大学的学生，在每年年初叠加春招，都会有很多的就业岗位，这个时候投简历是很容易被HR看见的，因为春节假期很少有投简历的人，因此HR的简历库里的简历很少，加上年前的惯例裁员，这个时候企业是有很大的用人需求的。
其叁是积极参加招聘会，尤其是学校组织的招聘会。目前招聘会的形式还是比较多的，除了线下招聘会之外，还有很多线上的招聘会，学校里的招聘会来的企业都是经过学校筛选合作的，一般都是一些优质企业，而且在学校里投递简历拿到offer的成功率比较高。
还有一部分同学，从大叁开始备考，没有足够的实习经验和工作能力，那么建议抓紧时间学习工作技能和面试技巧，同时要多面试累积面试经验，争取赶上春招的尾巴，如果没赶上也没关系，还有秋招，但尽量要在今年秋招结束之前找到一份好工作。如果实在不知道企业需要的是什么，自己该学习什么，那么找一个靠谱的前辈或者机构也是很好的选择，他们会使你少走很多弯路，提高自己找到满意工作的可能性。
